The College of Europe Development Office designed and implemented a Diplomatic Training on EU Affairs and EU Diplomacy for junior diplomats of the Instituto Matías Romero – the Diplomatic Academy of Mexico. The course took place in Mexico City from 26 to 28 November 2018 in the framework of the EU-funded project "Policy and Outreach Partnership – Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean".
Participants analysed current developments in the EU, the external relations of the EU and its foreign policy as well as the Europeanisation of national policies.
The College of Europe Development Office had organized in May another course in Mexico that targeted academics and experts in EU matters – more information available here.
Also, the College of Europe Development Office has been designing and organizing a number of courses for young diplomats in 6 other countries in Latin America.
