Dr Andriy TYUSHKA co-authored the article "Russia's 'anti-hegemonic' offensive: A new strategy in action" published in "Diplomaatia"

Dr Andriy TYUSHKA, Research Fellow in the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the Natolin campus of the College of Europe, has co-authored with Mr James ROGERS an article on Russia's spoiler politics in the EU's neighbourhood and the Euro-Atlantic liberal democratic space, published in Diplomaatia, the largest foreign and security policy monthly in the Baltics.

The article titled "Russia's 'anti-hegemonic' offensive: A new strategy in action", disentangles Russia's anti-hegemonic strategy through the analysis of Moscow's three-pronged strategic narrative offensive that seeks to distort the external actors' perception of, and reaction to, the developments in the EU's eastern and southern neighbourhoods by displacing stakeholder narratives and replacing them with false and fictitious narrational representations as well as heavy spoiler politics in its hardest real-political manifestation (anti-hegemonic warfare).
