Dr Andriy TYUSHKA, Research Fellow at the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe, participated in the conference "Europe’s Near Abroad: Building an Understanding of the Changing Eastern Neighbourhood" organized by the Global Europe Centre, which was held on 30 June 2014 at the University of Kent, UK.
Dr TYUSHKA presented a research paper entitled "From ‘Member-State Building’ to ‘Neighbour-State Building’ Policy: Reconsidering the EU’s Approach towards the Eastern Neighbours" within the session on "Explaining and Understanding the EaP: The Conceptual Challenge", chaired by Prof. Richard G. WHITMAN.
