Dr Anna Katharina STAHL, Research Fellow at the EU-China Research Centre, participated in the 2016 UN Reflection Series on “Development Cooperation, Policy Advice and Middle Income Countries” from 14 to 16 April 2016 in Berlin. The event was organized by the UN Staff System College (UNSSC) and the Hertie School of Governance in order to bring together UN staff, government officials, civil society representatives, academics and development practitioner. Dr Stahl contributed to the debate with a presentation on the EU’s evolving development cooperation with China.
