On 19 February 2014, Dr Dimitris BOURIS, Research Fellow of the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair, gave a lecture at the Manchester Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence.
Dr BOURIS spoke about the European Union’s role in the Palestinian state-building after the Oslo Accords.
