During the NEXTEUK Project International Online Conference "Brexit and European integration: Political, policy and legitimacy challenges" – organised by the Centre for European Research, a Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence at Queen Mary, University of London – Dr Olivier LEWIS, Research Fellow at the College of Europe in Natolin, presented a conference paper entitled "Trilemma Tradeoffs in International Relations: Brexit and the Irish Border Question".
Professor Sabine SAURUGGER, Dean of Research at Sciences Po Grenoble and Visiting Professor at the Bruges campus, served as discussant.
The Centre for European Research is an interdisciplinary forum for the promotion of research and teaching on Europe. It became a Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence in 2019 with the NEXTEUK project.
