On 2 November 2016, Dr Paweł KOWAL, Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the European Civilization Chair at the College of Europe Natolin campus, delivered a lecture at the Sergio Arboleda University in Bogotá, Colombia. His topic was "Have storm clouds gathered over Central Europe?".
Dr KOWAL spoke, among other things, about the revival of Russia's imperial policy and problems of security in the region of Central Europe. The meeting was organized in cooperation with the Polish Embassy in Bogotá. Among the audience were Ambassadors, senior members of the University and many students.
