Egypt - Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) training for the SAAP (Support to the Association Agreement Programme)
In January 2014, the College of Europe Development Office organised a training seminar in Egypt to explain 18 civil servants working on EU funded projects, how to monitor and evaluate their projects. One project manager from the Development Office, together with two trainers on M&E stayed one week in Cairo to deliver 4 days of training on the following topics: Logical Framework Approach (LFA), Result Based Management (RBM), Monitoring, Evaluation, Audit, Result Oriented Mission (ROM). This training was highly appreciated by participants. There is a request from the SAAP to repeat this training in autumn 2014.
