Issue #2.20 of the EU-China Observer is now available.
This is our annual Special Students Issue, featuring the best essays submitted by students of the course on EU-China relations that the Baillet Latour Chair offered at the College of Europe in Bruges in the academic year 2019/20.
These three exceptional contributions discuss: Sino-German relations under the leadership of Angela Merkel; the challenge for the EU to take a side in the new US-China confrontation; and the role of the EU in the creation of an Emission Trading Scheme in China.
This is also the last issue of our publication, as explained in the preface kindly written by, Prof. Dr. Dr. Jorg MONAR, Rector of the College of Europe, and Prof. Dr. Sieglinde GSTÖHL, Director of the Department of EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies.
