Ms. AKUTSINA is an Analyst in the International Operations Directorate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus. Dr. RINALDI is a Research Fellow at the "Energy Climate House" of the Center for European Policy Studies (CEPS). Mr. ROY is an Academic Assistant in the Department of European Economic Studies at the College of Europe.
