EU/ENP-related Jobs Project: Closing Conference

The College of Europe Development Office hosted on 7 – 8 October the Closing Conference of the ENP Regional Programme - Preparing Staff to EU/ENP-related Jobs. Twenty-four participants from the ENP countries – representatives of Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Moldova, Morocco, Palestine, Tunisia and Ukraine – were invited to share the results of the four-year project and to exchange views on the future opportunities and challenges of the European Neighbourhood Policy and its instruments.

Within this project, the College of Europe trained staff working on European Affairs from the national public administrations of the ENP countries through 12 modules and an Executive Programme implemented in Natolin or Bruges and Brussels on different topics such as EU Institutions, Eastern and Euromed Partnership, EU policies, EU negotiations, project management and legal approximation. To mark the end of this successful project, the project team has invited the focal points of each country to this Conference to share and analyse the results of the project within their institutions and ministries.
