From 7 until 9 November, a team of 4 students of the Department of European Political and Governance Studies was in Norway to discuss digitalisation and parental benefits with officials of the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV) in the framework of the European Centre for Government Transformation (ECGT) project that the College runs together with Accenture and The Lisbon Council. At the end of the project, the students will have to come up with solutions for NAV, in the form of a report, that would help NAV become more user-friendly, cost-efficient and effectively ready for a digitalised future.
