Framework Service Contracts with EUSA

During the first semester of 2015, the College of Europe is actively involved in the 2 major projects with the European School of Administration (EUSA), namely the Transitions and Certification programmes.

As part of the Framework Service Contract signed in June 2014, the Corporate Learning Solutions, the College of Europe and Fondazione Brodolini will deliver the pilot training course of the Transitions programme. This will take place during 4-5 March 2015 in Brussels. Fourteen other training courses will follow this pilot course, with sessions both in English and French, and will take place in Brussels and Luxembourg.

The Transitions training programme is designed to enable the new personnel of the EU institutions to adapt faster to a new multicultural working environment and to explore the key aspects of working in the European Institutions.

The 2015 trainers’ meeting of the Certification programme will take place on 24 April, at the premises of the European School of Administration in Brussels. The first block of the training programme will roll out in June and July, followed by the second block in September and October. The programme will run with parallel sessions both in English and French, and will take place in Brussels and Luxembourg. The training is mainly focusing on skills, including topics such as ‘Reaching sound decisions’, ‘Negotiating successfully’, ‘Writing with impact’ and ‘Presenting with impact’.
