Professor Mark SHEETZ has received the Fulbright NATO Security Studies award at the College of Europe. During the first semester he will conduct research on the origins of postwar European political and economic cooperation through the prism of Franco-German relations.
He will teach the course “EU-US Relations, Transatlantic Security and Global Partnerships” in the Department of European Political and Administrative Studies and the course “EU-NATO Relations” in the Department of EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies during the second semester.
Prior to arriving at the College he taught at Williams College (USA). Professor SHEETZ holds a doctorate in political science from Columbia University and an MA from Johns Hopkins SAIS.
