This is the time of the year when I reflect upon what has been achieved during the past 12 months. 2015 has been an interesting year for us and I feel very proud and appreciative of all the hard work put in by the Development Office team.
There is no doubt that commitment and hard work of team members are great strengths of a reputable institution. The human factor definitely makes the difference and we are all truly privileged to have a job where we can impact the lives of others. It is really important that we continually recognize and appreciate that it is indeed we (as a collective) who bring the greatest value, and not any one individual.
For that reason and with the idea of reinforcing our team, the Office is delighted to welcome three new colleagues in January 2016 who will help us to continue making a difference. I look forward to 2016 in anticipation of continued success in helping our partners and clients achieve their goals.
