The College of Europe congratulates Mr Enzo MOAVERO MILANESI (Johan Willem Beyen Promotion, 1981-1982, European Legal Studies – Professor in the European Legal Studies Department) who has been appointed on 16 November 2011, Minister for European Affairs in the new Italian Government, chaired by Mr Mario Monti.
