The College of Europe congratulates Mrs Helle THORNING-SCHMIDT (Charles IV Promotion - 1992-1993 - European Political and Administrative Studies) whose victory in the Danish parliamentary elections have put her on course to become Prime Minister. She will be the first woman to take this position in Denmark.
