The College congratulates Mrs PARIAT, Alumni of the Promotion Salvador de Madariaga (1979-1980) and of the European Political and Administrative Studies programme, who was appointed, as from 1 September 2015, Director-General of the DG Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection (DG ECHO) at the European Commission.
