Natolin campus students held a vigil of silence around the "Tree of Life"

On Saturday, 14 November 2015, in a spontaneous act of solidarity with the victims of the recent terrorist attacks in France, Syria and Lebanon, Natolin campus students held a vigil of silence around the "Tree of Life" in the centre of the main campus square. Later many of them visited the French Embassy in Warsaw to add their candles to the sea of lights left by Warsaw residents and leading Polish politicians.

Like the campus in Bruges, the Natolin campus hosts a diverse community of 122 students from 34 different countries. As such they represent the values of exchange, tolerance, mutual understanding and diversity. They, along with their colleagues in Bruges, give us profound hope for a better future in this dark time of conflict.
