The EU-China Research Centre is pleased to invite you to a Policy Forum on “Chinese FDI in Europe’s Energy Sector: Blessing or Threat?”, which will be jointly organzed with the Institute for European Studies (IES) of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). The Policy Forum will bring together Chinese and European experts to discuss the implications of rising shares of Chinese investments in Europe. It will put specific focus on strategically important energy sectors, such as electricity generation, transmission infrastructure and R&D.
