In the framework of the project "EU Public Diplomacy in Brazil and South America", the College of Europe Development Office has contributed to the publication of the book Colombia y la Unión Europea. Una asociación cada vez más estrecha and, more specifically, with a chapter on EU institutions authored by Professor Olivier COSTA.
The publication aims to serve as a reference book on relations between the EU and Colombia and contribute to a wider understanding of the EU, its institutions and its policies.
