On Sunday 5 May 2019, the Polish television channel TVP Kultura broadcasted a conversation with Professor Richard BUTTERWICK-PAWLIKOWSKI, conducted by the philosopher and broadcaster Mr Mateusz MATYSZKOWICZ in the series "Chuligan literacki" (Literary hooligan).
This series features extended interviews with writers and thinkers from Poland and other countries. The subjects covered on this occasion included the nature of reform and revolution in seventeenth- and eighteenth-century Poland-Lithuania, Great Britain, France and North America.
