Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER, Chairholder of the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the Natolin campus of the College of Europe, has participated in the 11th Global Strategy Group Middle East meeting in Kuwait City on 10-11 February 2014.
Professor SCHUMACHER spoke about the prospects of political transition in the EU's southern neighbourhood and the Middle East.
