Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER and Dr Dimitris BOURIS are part of a Visegrad Fund project destined to enhance capacity-building in Georgia
Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER, Chairholder of the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe, and Dr Dimitris BOURIS, Research Fellow of the ENP Chair, are part of a Visegrad Fund project destined to assist and support Ilia State University in Tbilisi, Georgia, in capacity-building and to upgrade its academic programme related to the study of ENP-related matters.
In this context, Professor SCHUMACHER gave several talks to faculty members and Ph.D. students of Ilia State University on research methods and EU foreign policy analysis (26-27 March 2014 and 30 April-1 May 2014). A third meeting will be held in Tbilisi in September 2014.
