On 25 November 2016, Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER, Chairholder of the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the Natolin campus of the College of Europe, participated in a conference on "Political Transition in North Africa", where he gave a keynote address discussing security and stability-related narrational changes in EU foreign policy towards the EU's neighbourhood in the post-Arab Spring period.
The event was organised by the Faculty of International and European Studies at the National University of Public Service in Budapest.
