Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER, Chairholder of the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe, and currently a John F. Kennedy Memorial Fellow at the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies at Harvard University, has just published a security policy brief with Egmont, the Belgian Royal Institute for International Relations.
