Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER, Chairholder of the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe, participated in the recently held Think Tank Tandem's meeting on 21-22 October 2016 at Schloss Genshagen, outside Berlin.
At the meeting, organized by the Stiftung Genshagen in close collaboration with the German and the French government respectively, Professor SCHUMACHER was in a panel together with H.E. Ambassador Nicolas SURAN, France's Permanent Representative to the EU's Political and Security Committee, where he spoke about security developments in the EU's neighbourhood and the role of the EU and its member states.
