Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER, Chairholder of the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe, was invited to take part in a perception audit on the future of the Eastern Partnership and political developments in the South Caucasus.
The audit was conducted by the international consulting firm Hill & Knowlton on behalf of Caspian Invest Ltd.
