Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER, Chairholder of the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe, was interviewed by the Canadian CTV News Channel.
The interview took place in the wake of the recent Eastern Partnership Summit in Riga and revolved around EU financial assistance to Ukraine, the prospect of visa liberalization, and political reforms and socio-economic modernization in Ukraine.
