Publication of the latest editions in the Natolin Best Master's Theses series

The Natolin (Warsaw) campus of the College of Europe is pleased to present the publication of the latest editions in its Best Master's Theses series. The four theses from the Voltaire Promotion (2013-2014) that were selected as the 'best of the best' represent the interdisciplinary nature of the study programme at Natolin and the diversity of thesis topics chosen by our students.

                   

The publication by Ms Sofía LOPEZ PIQUERES (ES) examines the notion of Turkey as a soft power through the implementation of Turkish public diplomacy in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Her supervisor was Professor Kerry LONGHURST.

Mr Sergio MARX's (FR/ES) thesis is concerned with the issue of transparency in the formation of the EU's economic governance and questions what kind of role the European Parliament can play in this regard. His supervisor was Professor Justin GREENWOOD.

The publication by Ms Nika PALAGUTA (UA) hones in on the far-right VO "Svoboda" party in Ukraine, assessing its place in Ukrainian politics and future consequences. Her supervisor was Professor Georges MINK.

Ms Aisling MURPHY's (IE) thesis looks at the theme of energy and in particular the case of upstream gas contracts. Her supervisor was Professor Candido GARCIA MOLYNEUX.
