The College of Europe, together with its partners CEPS and EUI, is pleased to announce that the Study on the legal framework covering business-to-business unfair trade practices in the retail supply chain has been published on the website of the European Commission. The research study was commissioned and financed by DG Markt, for a period of 11 months (December 2012 – November 2013).
