The College of Europe is happy to announce that it has been the pleasure of His Majesty King Philippe, at the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr Didier REYNDERS, to confer upon Rector Jörg MONAR by royal decree of 29 July 2019, the distinction of Officer of the Order of Leopold.
