The College of Europe Development Office organized a second 'Reitox Academy' in collaboration with the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA). This year’s executive training edition focused on the European Union, the EU drugs policy and the relations with the ENP region. The training took place in Brussels on 28 and 29 October 2014.
