Timely publication by Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER: "Ukraine, the west, and the issue of strategic thinking"

Professor Tobias SCHUMACHER, Chairholder of the European Neighbourhood Policy Chair at the Natolin campus of the College of Europe, has just published an article, entitled "Ukraine, the west, and the issue of strategic thinking" on the digital commons openDemocracy.

The article - which can be downloaded here - highlights the west’s inability to go beyond "mere rhetoric" in recent weeks and days and touches upon some important factors that a more strategic approach would need to take into account.
