The College of Europe Development Office organized a training course for officials of the European Investment Bank (EIB) on the EU Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) and Financial Instruments. The course took place twice, the first time in December 2017 and the second in January 2018.
The aim of the course was to equip EIB officials with a good understanding of the decision-making procedures for the EU annual budget, MFF and the financial instruments as well as the EU budget developments and rationale, and the role of financial instruments.
The courses took place at the EIB premises in Luxemburg.
