The College of Europe organized a training course on EU Negotiation Techniques for the Albanian Ministry of Integration in the framework of the project "Support to the EU Integration Process" SMEI III. The training took place in Durres City (Albania) on 12-14 May 2015 and was attended by 21 participants: General Directors and Directors of European Integration in Line Ministries as well as Ministry of European Integration (MEI) experts.
The course was designed to update participants’ knowledge on the EU decision-making procedures and improve their skills for effective EU negotiation techniques. The course included practical exercises, role-plays and a simulation game that allowed participants to practise their negotiation skills and sharpen them.
