As part of a partnership programme with the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) entitled "The French language in diplomacy and public service", the College of Europe Development Office organized a training course for Hungarian officials on 10 and 11 November 2014 in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign and External Trade of Hungary. Lead by Professor Jan WOUTERS, this training focused on "The external relations of the EU and the European External Action Service".
In the same framework and also in Hungary, the College of Europe organized a training session on “International Negotiations: Simulation exercise of crisis management in international security in the framework of the EU” which was delivered by Alejandro RIBÓ LABASTIDA on 17 and 18 November 2014.
Following a seminar on the European External Action Service and in the same framework, the College of Europe organized a second training seminar for Croatian diplomats which took place on 27 and 28 November 2014. This training seminar was led by Jacques VANTOMME and dealt with “Diplomacy today”.
