In June 2014 the European School of Administration signed the framework contract – Multiple Framework Contracts in cascade for provision of training services aimed at helping participants to adapt to a new, multicultural working environment, and to explore the key aspects of working in the European institutions. The College of Europe is part of the consortium managing this project (CLS ltd - Leader and Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini – partner). The project will run for 24 months and will take place in Brussels and in Luxembourg, in both English and French.
Next to the Certification project, also developed in consortium and aimed to train staff of the EU institutions, this is the second largest project of the College of Europe providing training on ‘soft’ skills, including topics like communicating effectively, negotiations, working in teams, and working in multi-cultural environment, among others.
On 26 September 2014 the European School of Administration will host the kick-off meeting of the project together with representatives of the consortium.
