The College of Europe Development Office organized two editions of a training workshop for the Protocol Services Directorate of the African Union Commission. The two-day workshops took place on 20-21 April and 23-24 April 2018 in Debre Zeyit, Ethiopia.
The training aimed to help participants sharpen their skills in order to:
- Exhibit behaviours that enforce the organization’s desired image;
- Better understand the diplomatic etiquette;
- Enhance their understanding of the dynamics of diplomatic protocol;
- Better understand cross-cultural issues;
- Make a positive and lasting impression with others;
- Enhance conference and event management capacities.
