On Monday 2 December 2013, at a ceremony organized at the Belgian Embassy in Warsaw, the Vice-Rector of the College of Europe, Ms Ewa OŚNIECKA-TAMECKA received the Order of the Crown of the Kingdom of Belgium.
This had been conferred upon Ms OŚNIECKA-TAMECKA by Royal Decree on 14 April 2013.

On the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, it pleased HIS MAJESTY THE KING ALBERT II, in recognition of services rendered, to confer by Royal Decree of 14 April 2013, the decoration COMMANDER OF THE ORDER OF THE CROWN to Ms Ewa OŚNIECKA-TAMECKA, of Polish nationality, Vice-Rector of the College of Europe, Natolin Campus (Warsaw), former Secretary of State for European Affairs of Poland.
