Article by Pierre BACHELIER and Celia CHALLET published in the Maastricht Journal of European and Comparative Law

Pierre BACHELIER and Celia CHALLET, Academic Assistants in the European Legal Studies Department at the College of Europe in Bruges, published an article in the Maastricht Journal of European and Comparative Law titled: "Can Kosovo be considered as a ‘third country’ in the meaning of EU law? The article reflects on a judgment of the General Court of the European Union, in which the question was raised as to whether Kosovo can be considered as a third country for the purpose of its participation in the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC). This judgment, which has been appealed by Spain, is of fundamental importance for both EU-Kosovo relations and the participation of third countries in EU agencies.
