The 4th annual high-level "EU Diplomacy Lecture" which takes place on Friday, 27 October 2017, at the College of Europe's Bruges campus will, due to an unforeseen important event, be delivered by EEAS Deputy Secretary-General Pedro SERRANO DE HARO SORIANO instead of Helga Maria SCHMID. Mr SERRANO speaks at 14:00 about "The EU’s Global Strategy: A New Ambition for the EU’s Security and Defence Policy". His lecture will be followed by a drinks reception.
