Last March, the College of Europe Development Office officially kicked off the 2019 edition of the diplomatic and executive courses in Latin America. From 25 to 29 March, our trainers and Director, Mr Jesús BALLESTEROS, travelled to beautiful Argentina to implement a diplomatic and an executive training course on topics such as "The EU and Argentina in the global economy" and "European negotiations".
The implementation of these activities has been made possible thanks to an EU-funded project on Public Diplomacy in Brazil and Latin America, which is successfully managed and implemented by the Organization of Ibero-American States.
