Following a request by the Programme Administration Office for the Support to the Association Agreement Programme (SAAP/PAO) in Cairo (Egypt), the College of Europe Development Office organized a training session on ‘Monitoring and Evaluation’ for Egyptian civil servants on 16-19 February 2015. The course was designed to improve the SAAP focal points’ knowledge on project monitoring and evaluation, and improve the quality of SAAP operations in line with aid effectiveness principles. An additional session of this training will be implemented in the second half of the year.
