Examining monetary and fiscal issues and their interaction. Assessing the origins and nature of macroeconomic imbalances in the EU/Euro Area, financial sector issues, and macro stabilisation tools. Critically analysing and discussing key macroeconomic aspects of European economic and financial integration.
