Welcome to Prof. Meyring’s course on EU Competition Law and Regulation!
Please find attached the final version of the course syllabus, together with the document bundles for each session in the first semester. The bundles include all materials listed in the syllabus, with the following exceptions:
Textbooks:
R. Whish & D. Bailey, Competition Law (2024) – available via the College library, with full online access and downloadable PDF (link included in the syllabus).
N. Petit, Droit Européen de la Concurrence (2024) – available in print at the College library (link included in the syllabus, not accessible online).
Barry Hawk, Antitrust and Competition Laws (2020) – three copies have been ordered and will be available in the College library later this week. I will share a link once the book is accessible.
