ROSAS Allan - Mission Impossible? Legal Issues of EU Accession to the ECHR (8h)

On the 7th and 8th of April we will have the pleasure to welcome Professor Allan Rosas  for his compact seminar on the EU Accession to the ECHR (European Court of Human Rights) - a subject which is especially topical since the CJEU will have to pronounce an Opinion again soon on the Draft Agreement on the Accession of the EU to the European Convention on Human Rights,  almost 12 years after the infamous Opinion 2/13.

Professor Rosas has been a judge at the Court of Justice of the European Union from 2002 to 2019. He has also been an Associate Professor of Public Law at the University of Turku and has worked at the legal service of the Commission.
