ENP scholarships for graduates coming from EU Member States (Bruges campus and Natolin campus)

The College of Europe offers scholarships (academic year 2024-2025) to candidates from EU Member States who demonstrate a specific interest for the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP). These scholarships are in principle limited to one or two per Member State. ENP scholarships are only available to EU nationals applying through the selection committee of the country of their nationality.

The beneficiaries of these ENP-EU scholarships will be selected by the College of Europe once the selection procedures organised at the level of a Member State, a region or the College are completed.

Candidates applying for an ENP-EU scholarship must motivate this within their online application (max 600 words). They have to explain why they are interested in the European Neighbourhood Policy.

The ENP-EU scholarships will be awarded according to the ranking of the candidates following the normal selection procedure and the interest they will have demonstrated for the European Neighbourhood Policy.

Beneficiaries of these ENP-EU scholarships will have to write their Master’s thesis on a topic related to the European Neighbourhood Policy. They will also have to follow a course or seminar dealing with the European Neighbourhood Policy as part of their respective study programmes in Bruges.
